2. Ranked suspects

  1. Failed or missing casing/end-carrier fasteners—the video appears to show empty mounting bosses, but this must be confirmed in person.

  3. Failed bearing/end carrier allowing the rotor assembly to move axially.

3. What staff may safely check

  1. Distinguish the parts: the official manual permits the intact plastic wand to be fitted by pushing it onto the intact handle and turning clockwise. Your video instead shows the internal motor rotor/shaft and end carrier pulled out of the powered handle.
  2. Isolate: unplug, quarantine and label the broken motor handle. Do not energise it or hold the exposed assembly while testing.
  3. Temporary operational workaround: use another complete, undamaged blender. Do not swap the exposed motor assembly into another handle or improvise a retainer.
  4. Preserve evidence: bag loose pieces and photograph the rating plate and damage. Keep the Amazon order record and proof of purchase.
